We combine engineering discipline with elevated residential design. Every project is approached with careful planning, construction quality, and long term durability.

We stay intentionally boutique, fewer projects, deeper attention to details, and a final product that feels calm, intentional and lasting.

Our Team

Niche Homes is led by Khalil Nasser alongside Tamer and Nagib, all engineers by trade with 70+ years of combined experience in construction and development experience, across luxury residential homes, affordable housing, commercial developments, and large scale governmental projects.

Their engineering background shapes the way every project is approached, from land acquisition and development planning to construction management and long term follow up with homeowners.

Natalie works as both a listing agent and co developer, helping guide projects through planning, development strategy, and market positioning.

Wafa works alongside the team on development planning and project coordination, helping ensure projects move smoothly from concept through construction.

Mariana contributes to both development planning and interior design direction, helping shape homes that balance architectural clarity with warmth, comfort, and livability.
