ABOUT NICHE HOMES · HOUSTON, TEXAS
Family led.
Thoughtfully built.
We are a boutique residential developer creating homes with purpose, warmth, and a lasting sense of place.
Rooted in engineering and guided by how people live, we bring careful planning and personal attention to every home. We stay intentionally small so each project receives the focus it deserves.
Good homes begin
with good decisions.
Structure, proportion, and long-term performance guide our thinking from the earliest stages.
Beauty belongs
in everyday life.
Natural light, comfortable flow, and thoughtful materials shape spaces that feel as good as they look.
Personal attention,
from start to finish.
Our team stays closely involved from land acquisition and planning through construction oversight and final delivery.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE HOMES
A family team.
A shared standard.
Niche Homes brings together a family’s experience in engineering, development, real estate, and interior design. We work closely on each project, from choosing the location to the details that make a house feel like home.
Khalil, Tamer, and Nagib bring an engineering perspective to planning and construction. Natalie, Wafa, and Mariana contribute across development strategy, project coordination, and interior design.
Our shared goal is simple: thoughtful homes, built with care, that feel good to live in.
